The ESEE Model CM6 is a solid survival knife with a blade made from 1095 carbon steel. The extremely durable powder coating on the blade protects it from the increased corrosion sensitivity of the carbon steel. The wonderful usage qualities of the steel guarantee a lifetime of pleasure. The spine of the blade is also partially sharpened at the tip. The top is actually sharp. This helps the knife when piercing through objects. The full tang blade is enhanced with a micarta handle. The handle feels slightly coarse which is great for grip and comfort.
