The Helle 70 Lapland is a large fixed knife, or a small machete, whichever you prefer. The handle is thick to offer enough grip during use. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel. A stainless Scandinavian type of knife steel. Due to its blade thickness of 2.9 mm it shouldn’t be used as a heavy-duty machete. An advantage is the relatively low weight which means the knife can come in handy during a camping trip.
