The Liong Mah KUF EDC 4.0 is a larger version of the Liong Mah KUF V2/V3 Kitchen Utility Folders. A large pocket knife, designed as a foldable kitchen knife. The KUF EDC is, in terms of shape and functionality, almost identical to its little brothers. Because of its larger size, it is better suited for use in the kitchen. The flat-grind blade is very thin behind the edge. This means that it cuts beautifully. Take it with you to peel an apple, or use it as a steak knife or to open a box.
